From the outside, it looks like a great company with a good corporate culture. it's very friendly, and if you fish its like heaven. you have access to the best fly fishing equipment in the world and they love for you to use it.

If you work on the Production side, there is basically no chance of promotion. Mandatory overtime throughout the year, depending on your department. They aren't very clear about policies and upholding them equally to everyone.
