It's a average company with too nosy manager - Peer Review Associate Sage Employee Review

A lot of it actually. A lot of micromanagement happens with the team members. Supervisors are so nosy they even want your 1-minute record of where you are. I am sure even upper management is aware of this culture but not taking action, only bluffing that we respect your work efforts, etc.  Salary is nothing compared to the work we are doing; it's not even industry standards. They are just giving pennies for a whole lot of work. Every 6 months they changed the reporting supervisor and team restructure, which is mind-boggling
