Committed to progressive social values; really values employees- it's not an empty HR talking point; great health care benefits; 5 yr. anniversary trip;
Cons
No 401K; profit sharing isn't quite the same; no company car for outside sales reps; expense reporting drives you nuts: receipts for anything over $10 (e.g. $10.01) , reports returned for not putting hotel taxes in the right spot
