      I had colleague who had mental health breakdown due to high workload stress and constant bullying from manager. You are thrown into fire with no training or support. Management micromanges every move, even stand behind your desk and keep watching while you are working. Toxic culture where blaming is normal.

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
