Thank you for your feedback. As an international organization, we work closely with our sister companies in many countries, including the US, Mexico, France, Canada, Tunisia, and the UK. We value the work of every team member at each location, and we are committed to fostering a positive and respectful work environment for all employees. We regret that your experience with us has not been a positive one. We know that not every leader’s management style aligns with each employee, and while we make every effort to develop leaders and rectify any concerns that are brought to us, we know that personal experiences change from individual to individual. Since your review, we have analyzed the culture of the Procurement department and feedback is generally positive; we are sorry that your personal experience did not align with that feedback. We will continue to perform annual leadership assessments of our management team in an effort to continually develop and grow as an organization.
