Pros

-Great work/life balance -Yearly small raise -Overtime gets paid (if you get some)

Cons

There is not enough space to grow, changes to do so get even smaller if you are not willing to loose yourself and suck up your way up. They should add in their job description: Backstabbing and hypocrite is a must. I know all companies have this but when management does it and encourages it then becomes a big issue.

Posted on behalf of Tony Rodriguez, General Manager: I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at LPS Salisbury. We have always valued our people beyond all other resources in the business. To that end, we have an exhaustive program to recognize and reward performance and commitment on the part of our team members. One of the advantages of building a career at LPS is our robust mobility program, which allows employees interested in growing their careers the opportunity to seek advancement at other locations when local opportunities are not available. Additionally, Labinal Power Systems has strong ethics and anti-harassment policies and does not tolerate unethical behavior in any of its employees - especially our managers. We encourage team members who have a specific complaint to call our Ethics Hotline or speak to their HR Generalist so the matter can be fully investigated.
