Pros

If you want shape your career as a mechanical technical author/writer, this is a very good place to learn. You will get a lot of scope to enhance your knowledge in technical writing domain. They don't normally fire anybody and try to retain their employees. From project point of view, its very stable. HR department is very helpful.

Cons

(This review is only for Technical Publication department, not for any other department) As i have mentioned initially, the working culture is the worst. Most of the seniors think them selves as the ceo and dont know how to behave other. There is not at all professionalism. during my service, a very experienced person joined (7 years). The existing leaders played such cheap politic, that new person cried literally and resigned. Politic takes place widely in the senior level, for fresher its not that much. i never blame the company, some people have made the environment like this.
