      The atmosphere is really nice at Safran. It is a big company but still there is not this heavy pressure on intern.

      Cons

      The hours are not flexible. You cannot leave before 16.00pm

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
