      Pros

      Location is convenient. Good salary for area.

      Cons

      Very oppressive company to work for. In upper management only French ideas count. Management is terrible for most part. Favoritism is rampant. No planning for anything you are just supposed to sacrifice your personal time to their whims.:-)

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
