High tolerance for mistakes. No micro-management

Cons

Almost impossible to work effectively: too much work, thousands of procedures, processes changing twice a week. Everything is more complicated and confusing than it should be. Work on weekends and late shifts.

Pros

Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

Cons

High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
