Pros
Joe and Mark are two exceptional leaders. They make good judgements to grow the business and to support their customers. They also take the time to recognize and develope employees who are interested in career developement. I also feel that the products at Optics1 in Bedford are exceptional electro-Optics. I’ve worked with other Electro-Optics companies and the Optics1 products are very well made and designed.
Cons
The only real challenge at Optics1 is that the relatively small size of this branch of Safran makes it hard to always find the next Leadership opportunity while staying within the electro-Optics field. However, Joe and Mark will work hard to work with you toward your career goals. If you are willing to move or take on international opportunities with the broader Safran Group, the company is quite large in this case.
