Here we have a list... #1 Some cases current management forcing the employees to go out and some cases employees themselves going out.. But for the last few years, especially this year, it's more and almost count of employees reached to half. May be company's target is to continue with one floor! #2 Experienced guys are not in a position to guide/lead the teams efficiently. In turn, load on engineers will be more. Poor guys need to work more. #3 Management claims that the salary is up to the current market standards. Yes, it's true but applicable to managers not engineers. Manager with 15 years of experience is getting around 22lacs where as engineer with 5 years of experience is getting 4.5lacs. #4 Slowly kicked off the following events (might be lack of money) team-outing annual day celebration company meetings very latest news got to know, current incentives moved to next year(hope... they will not be swallowed) #5 Currently no road map for future!!! May be management might say we have a sky plan :)
