      Not the typical Silicon Valley mentality nor work pace. Work is challenging but you are able to have a personal life too in most cases.

      Cons

      Without the Silicon Mentality the Silicon Valley perks are missing as well.

      Potential for long-term career and some possibility for career advancement. Good people.

      Cons

      Bare minimum time off and benefits (1 week PTO your first year and 2 for your first 5 years). Uncompetitive base pay and weak raises.
