      Good place to work.Benefits are are fair, and there are good travel opportunities if that is what you desire.

      Cons

      Management tends to go over the top of their head sometimes when it comes to new ideas. It would be better if they asked for feedback from their employees on certain things on the shop floor.

      Bare minimum time off and benefits (1 week PTO your first year and 2 for your first 5 years). Uncompetitive base pay and weak raises.
