Small company Highly motivated by self interests - Technician Safoco Employee Review

As an engineer at Safoco I have been exposed to many different aspects of the wellhead business. The company is very nimble and not afraid to take on new projects, and I have had a lot of freedom. Compensation was very fair.

The company is rather small and benefits are only OK. Not a very high ladder to climb if you are looking to really advance in your career. Also, organization is very sloppy.
