I don't know where to start. They are very cliquey and very toxic environment. They timing you for literally everything, you have to make a certain amount of patterns, or production otherwise you'll be called in the office and they'll let you know. They made the company from a Luxury Label into a fast fashion Label. You wouldn't know when you'll get paid. If you are lucky you will get your wages in three or four instalments and sometimes nothing at all. The don't pay into your Pension scheme.
