Bad management, poor attitude from managers

Safic-Alcan are a large and growing company, yet the friendly workforce give it a family feeling. The Christmas party is all inclusive and there are bonuses and pay rises above inflation almost every year.

There is a visible divide between factory workers and office staff which although isn't a big problem it is a shame as workers of both sides are all nice enough people.
