Review: 1. 9.5 working hours. Expectation to work some more time. 2. Expectation of weekend working. 3. Salary delay, when you join initially then you got salary on time after that your salary always delay. 4. When you leave company they will not provide any document to you on your reliving day, they will provide your salary and document after 45 days. 5. Week management, unprofessionalism by HR 6. No respect to the employee's effort. 7. There is only one paid leave monthly, no other benefits. 8. Inexperienced people at higher positions has made company an inhospitable place. Insults developers in open for nothing.You are never admired for your work done in open but insults come openly.These inexperienced , first-time authority getter people in company will doom the company soon.The culture of company is pathetic. 9. No cab, no laptops, no food facility. A blunt infra company. 10. Toilet tissue paper used in kitchen to wash your spoon, bowl, plates etc. 11. Appraisals are pathetic and delayed . Appraisal rules change daily. 12. Sandwich leave issue. if you take leave Friday and Monday then your four day salary will be deduct. 13. There is no documentation follow like SRS, Wireframe etc. 14. There is no learning for as a senior person. 15. Employee Retention Policy is almost zero. There is major change in workforce every 3-6 months. 16. You will not get an appreciation from senior management. Only those people get who are ready to be dog for the managers or in front of senior management. 17. You can use your internet, because internet speed is very slow and you got stuck all the time. 18. Saturday working in a month. 19. Worst HR service all over India. 20. No Cons in this company because after working in this company you can highly be trained to survive any company on this planet. 21. Salary deduction: lots of cons of these company..cant even write worst part is that unnecessary salary deduction even giving your all , in the end of the month u didnt get ur whole compensation..they have many excuses.. 22. Fake promises, No growth. 23. No Incentives, No salary increment, till 1 year.
