The CEO micromanages everything and it completely destroys the confidence and creativity of the team. Projects and proposals get looked at the day of submission and have to be completely redone to suit what the CEO thinks even if you’ve agreed the strategy with her beforehand and worked on it for weeks. It’s always mentioned that you’re not expected to work overtime or through lunch but you frequently have to with no choice or thanks. If you ask about the staff turnover they’ll say it’s low but so many people started and then left in the past year. I’ve never felt so belittled in a workplace before.
