We're proud of the story we continue to build as a leading parts cleaning company. We acknowledge that our past doesn’t define our future – that's why we are fervently committed to pushing the boundaries and setting new standards.
The HR team has undergone a very positive transformation. Our repurposed and freshly purposed team is now dedicated to creating a workplace that champions its employees, promoting a culture where every individual is valued, supported, and has the potential to flourish, ensuring that open communication channels are in place for everyone. References to our workforce like having a ‘few rough diamonds’ is luckily no longer associated with our team!
Allow us to share some of our recent accomplishments:
Employee Engagement: We’ve witnessed a year-on-year growth in engagement scores, with HR alone seeing an improvement of 64%, with 91% saying both their opinions mattered and their ideas counted.
Employee Development: A significant number of our employees are currently enrolled in both internal and external training programs to boost their career paths here.
Retention and Growth: Our retention rates are improving annually, and just in the past three months, 18 team members have celebrated promotions. And we’ve attracted over 25 new ambitious, talented and collaborative employees also in the past three months.
Safety and Wellness: Our newly established HSEQ team is making commendable strides in ensuring that the health and safety of our employees are paramount.
