Pros

good if you are just starting off fresh with no experience and looking to gain some phone/customer service skills.

Cons

high turn over rate, no way to move up, working for a weird boss that is constantly negative. Area is sketchy with car break ins.

Pros

I have worked with SafetyMax for a few months and I have to say it is the most positive remote work environment I have been a part of. My co-workers are fantastic and everyone genuinely cares about one another. I love being part of a team that is supportive, professional and that works together to achieve goals. The owner truly cares about each of his employees and values them and their efforts. He has high standards that each of us strive to meet.

None that I have encountered.

Fun company get togethers Great peer support Compassionate towards life events

Cons

Unbearable micro-managing Frustrating derailments of progress because the owner didn't think of the ideas first, so he has to re-invent it. Expectation to do work that's not your own for long periods of time without compensation or acknowledgment. Frequent belittlement of skills and professional worth. Also, don't tell your employees to get on GlassDoor and make positive 5 star reviews for you. It's beyond unethical. Any 5 star you see here is fake.
