Pros
I appreciated the opportunity to work at Safety Services. I met some really good employees there. One of the things I truly like about this company is the opportunity it gives people to repair their life. I like the directions this company is going. The requirement for professional dress attire is awesome. I love that most of all. I can't think of her name but she works in HR and at the front desk as well. I would like to thank her for all the effort she put forth to making sure all my i's were dotted and t's were crossed when doing my processing. I would like to thank Mrs. Vicky for her professionalism in the interview process. She is a good sales person herself. She sold me on working here. She really made me feel motivated to start there. I would like to thank my Team Lead for taking the extra time to provide me with additional training we needed and monitoring me while I was on phone so that he can give me good feed back Wow! There are no words to say about Michael and Victor. Sitting by those two was a true blessing to me. I love their technique they use to get me prepared to take a call. Awesome My Trainer Mrs. Vanessa is without a doubt one of the best. She had little time to get us fully prepared but she made sure even after we hit the floor she was there for me as well. If her work is any example of what type of wife and mother she is then her family is truly blessed. My Manager Kevin is okay for a Marine, lol. Happy to have him as a manager. Very discipline as I expect him to me.
Cons
Some of the employees there are not trying to make a change in there life. Some come there with the same mentality from there past. I would say the analogy would be everyone that dress for business is not really about business.
