Stay away - Anonymous employee Safety One Training Employee Review

The GM is absolutely clueless. He knows nothing about the products we sell. Doesn’t know how to run reports and depends on us to run them and give them to him so he can put a little report together for the weekly meeting. Which is basically the owner and ceo beating up on people while the GM sits there looking dumbfounded and doesn’t back his employees. Not only that but when he gets an HR complaint he boast about it and talks about how many he has had and nothing has happened to him. He will go off on employees and then apologize for getting twisted and try to validate his hostile behavior. He is just a yes man to the owner and ceo, has zero back bone and will not defend or stand up for his employees.
