Pros
Small company feel in the beginning, but a growing company. Lots of talk about training and advancement. Great industry to be in with little to cause slow times.
Cons
Mostly talk about training. Very disorganized about it actually happening as they say. Very confusing and complicated method for sales people to be paid with most geared towards a select few who are already succeeding. Change in upper Operations and Sales management a while ago has totally changed the dynamics of a great company to work for and is causing a mass exodus of good people across the branches.
