Pros
its small teams so you get really close to your colleagues. there is great communication between stores and colleagues are super helpful.
Cons
the company saves thousands of pounds by using the employee for unpaid work such as daily intensive cleaning and maintenance (no external cleaners are hired), painting the entirety of the store yearly,. You are also expected to work unpaid outside of normal working hours which happens often. its not demanded but you look bad if you don't.
