Pros

Steady paycheck, get to be outdoors, get to learn about different cars and their technologies, benefits.

Cons

Where do I start? I began in 2016 and recently left in 2024. They start by hyping you up as a team. You quickly realize there's no team. You're just a number. They change HOW you get paid about every year and a half. They can demote you and decrease your pay by A LOT! They do not allow for store managers to do their jobs. They hire people that don't know anything about the glass industry to be district managers. They let their sacred golden child region VP hire his family and family friends and likely pays them much much more. All managers flirt with or try and sleep with the females. No women under 40 feel safe. They don't protect their employees. They only care about numbers. But they don't let you get enough jobs to keep your numbers up. So you get demoted. I'm don't ranting. Avoid this company at all costs. If you work for them, keep looking for a new job.

Pros

Working hours, easy to learn, great environment.

Cons

The 1 minute late, rule. If you’re ONE minute late from break, lunch, or even clocking in.. it counts toward your “infractions”. You can only get 3 for the first 60 days. Even if your wifi goes out, you get sick.. anything. It counts.

Pros

The fact that they will teach you and train you to install Auto Glass? Cannot answer this truthfully

Cons

I've applied twice to the tech training position. The first time I thought that I may have made an error? The Yellow Brick Rd location had adds for 18 positions available. I applied again fixing what I thought the issue to be. I was again sent an email that they were not moving to the next step with me. This makes ZERO sense. I was just recently a slot tech out of Horseshoe. I also was a tech for a company that handed a few interior pieces for Amtrak.
