      As of 5/5/23 Safelite changed their scores of how many people book appointments in a week with specifically SafeLite to 87% which is unfair to the staff as a lot of factors are not within their control at all. On top of in the website chats you cannot talk with your peer employees to discuss any of this as it will be deleted by management. They are not allowing their workforce to join together for better conditions and forcing impossible expectations on staff who has been there for years

      Pros

      Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

      Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
