      Pros

      Always work. There will always be a job if you need something to fall back on.

      Cons

      They will constantly be looked down on by other glass companies for scamming, job steering and stealing from the little guys. They won’t pay properly and don’t expect to be treated well. Forced overtime all while preaching a work/life balance.

      Pros

      Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

      Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
