Pros

Your in a position to make customers happy in a frustrating moment in their life. Decent pay. Free tools. Company vehicle. My particular training class was excellent, I really did learn what was needed given the time frame of a few weeks, but I do feel it should have been longer.x

Cons

They say they provide all the tools that are needed....all except for 1 little device know as the "Extractor" that the veterans have. It's a swear word at the company now so when your in a bad situation, you have to call someone who secretly has this device. Dispatching is a pain as well, they have no problem sending you out 100+ miles away to do 1 windsheild while you still have customers to take care of in your local area, you better hope it doesn't break and is flawless!!! But I'd say the dispatch really is the worst part of this company. That and working in the elements....and the occasional cut, but you should expect that going in.

Pros

Working hours, easy to learn, great environment.

Cons

The 1 minute late, rule. If you’re ONE minute late from break, lunch, or even clocking in.. it counts toward your “infractions”. You can only get 3 for the first 60 days. Even if your wifi goes out, you get sick.. anything. It counts.

Pros

The fact that they will teach you and train you to install Auto Glass? Cannot answer this truthfully

Cons

I've applied twice to the tech training position. The first time I thought that I may have made an error? The Yellow Brick Rd location had adds for 18 positions available. I applied again fixing what I thought the issue to be. I was again sent an email that they were not moving to the next step with me. This makes ZERO sense. I was just recently a slot tech out of Horseshoe. I also was a tech for a company that handed a few interior pieces for Amtrak.
