Pros
Making PPP is great. All your fellow techs are good people and understand teamwork. Managers are competent and know how to run their stores. The call center's associates and delivery people will help you out if you need anything.
Cons
Upper management is severely disconnected with what it's like to work on cars. They treat anyone who's a lead technician and below like 2nd class citizens. Absolutely does not value current workforce, says everyone is replaceable.
