      Pros

      decent pay, benefits package, great co-workers, fun job. every day is different

      Cons

      no upward mobility, tend to hire from outside the company. for people starting at the bottom, it is very hard to get ahead, and the pay for installers can be very confusing and unpredictable, I would not reccomend to friends and family.

      Pros

      Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

      Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
