Pros
-Good benefits -Growing Company despite hard economy -Decent Pay you won't become a millionaire so be realistic, you will make enough to support yourself and your family if your smart with your money. -Good opportunities for advancement but promotions are earned, one good deed will not be sufficient, with a company this big you have a lot of competition the higher the ladder you try to climb, so if you want a promotion take pride in what you do and be the best at what you do. A promotion may not be available in your area so if you want to move up you may have to move your location. - Secure company your will earn your paycheck with hard work, but your paycheck will always be there. -The company is trying hard to improve employee satisfaction at all levels, the culture is truly night and day from where they were 5 or 6 years ago.
Cons
-If you personally can't deal with corporate structure or you want to just go to work to get a paycheck this isn't the place for you. Big companies cannot turn on a dime its a business fact. Safelite is better than most but still a big company process changes take time.
