Not a hard sale at all. People call in with damage, you recommend the level of repair based on amount of damage and go from there. Fast paced call center, plenty of opportunities for sales
Cons
Not enough hours or benefits available to part-timers Computer systems are somewhat outdated Was told I would transition to full-time within first two months. Became a top performer on my team and it never happened even after 5 months of outperforming my goals
