Roughly no holiday days, vacation is denied frequently and often, you're an easily replaceable pawn, they don't care what happens in your personal life they expect you to show up every day with no questions ask, way too much of your work and pay are based on elements out of your control, way too much work with no time to rest, you're denied break most days due to how much they overschedule you. 0 empathy from anyone at all, I lost my car due to a car crash and was expected to show up the next day no questions asked.
