- Awesome peers - training is great - learn a lot about market research - client interaction can be fun and you meet great people - great job to have after college

- no career growth - upper management is horrible, out to save their ass - no plans for promotion - get promoted if upper management likes you, not if you work your ass off - upper management talks behind employees backs
