A full fledged health app suite has been developed which has modules to manage - CLINIC, HOSPITAL (IP & OP), PHARMACY, HOMECARE, ERP for organization etc

The main cons found are 1. Lack of professionalism from management side. 2. Saturdays are also working (except second saturday) 3. Only 10-12 Public Holidays are observed as holidays and you will only get 1.5 casual leaves each month plus an optional holiday which can be availed after getting approval 4. There are no plans to migrate projects to latest technology as management is only interested in making revenue by cashing existing applications. 5. Poor employee evaluation strategies.
