Pros

I don't think that this company has any pros

Cons

The CEO really creates a toxic work environment, he constantly relies on gimmicks in the hopes that his obviously erratic behavior will go under the radar. It’s a shame cause there are some genuinely good people who work there. I was pretty optimistic when I first started here but unfortunately, it quickly became obvious that office politics are extreme here. They like to say people first but in the same breath, they constantly overwork their employees and say that this is just how things are and everyone should be grateful. A big reason I came here was the so-called benefits they give out. Having been here long enough I now know there is always an excuse as to why they won’t let you use any. Cut to now I still haven’t been able to use any of the so-called benefits that they said they offer. I do deeply regret leaving my previous benefits behind, but I guess this is a lesson for the long run. I would deeply advise asking in the interview process when you can expect to use anything that they advertise having.
