SafeNet creates a culture built on Relationships, Transparency, Innovation, Trust and Partnerships. I love that relationships come first in all aspects of the business (as this is what I live by) and we are a team that works hard and plays hard together. The leadership team leads by example of work-life balance and creating an environment that is flexible and fun while staying innovative and forward thinking! All ideas are heard and welcomed and the team continues to learn and grow together. We have a great space for bringing like minded people together as well, if you haven't visited our Tiki Lounge, it is a must see!

We are a small boutique consulting firm, if you take your career into your own hands there are many different experiences you can gain with your career at SafeNet, but there are not corporate milestones in place, you must own it and take advantage of the people and tools around you! There is no roadmap in place, so if you want a clear path to growth, this may not be the place for you, but if you have an entrepreneur spirit, this is a place to call home and you can create your own opportunity and career path! The leadership team is very supportive and offers many opportunities to advance your skills.
