Toxic work environment where upper management, especially the CEO, routinely belittles employees in front of others. Turnover is very high, and unless you’re in Sales or on the Program/IT team, expect to be required in-office full-time for months before being allowed just one remote day per week. Sales works fully remote, while Program/IT are allowed to work from home on Tues and Thurs. The company hides behind the label of a “start-up” as an excuse for disorganization and blurring the line for respecting an employees’ time or work-life balance. Overall, the culture is extremely dysfunctional, unhealthy and toxic. There’s an unusual fixation on earning a “compliment” from the CEO.
