Even being a remote team you have the opportunity to get to know people across departments through our team building events. - You will grow. Our focus on leverage means you get to work on high-value projects and outsource or stop doing anything else. - Auren is transparent and experienced. Being on a rocketship where the pilot can tell you when to brace for turbulence is WAY more comfortable. - You will be supported. The last year has been bonkers (I'm sick of writing 'unprecedented'), even outside of a pandemic, life can be unpredictable. We make a point of hiring top performers but as a team, we recognize and respect that you're more than just really good at your job - you might be a parent, an avid traveler, a primary caregiver. So if there's a global pandemic, you have a life event, you need some R&R, whatever it is that you need to do to, you'll be supported. - Incredible growth. Something really special is happening here. Cons
- We consciously choose to 'go, go, go' and sometimes that means we need to do a little more work/clean-up later. If you like a lot of structure and guardrails working here would be an adjustment. The tradeoff? We get a lot done.
