Groupism with upper management has started. People from Non tech background like Growth Ads customer interaction are promoted to project lead literally having 0tech knowledge & product manager knowledge. Very very difficult to be recognised for your good deeds. Only 6-7 people will be appreciated always no matter what you do. Planning/releaseis getting worse day by day. Work life balance is getting bad. You need to work on weekends 90% of the time. People having no contact with upper body management usually doesn’t stay long term in company. Only people with good realisation with upper body management is here in company from long time.
