Pros
Great salary, especially fresh out of college. Awesome benefits. Regular cookouts/catering, company events. It's a small company that tries. Great learning experience, pushes you to learn new things and push for Enterprise Certications.
Cons
Favoritism. Lots of fraternization. It's typical for a small company. I really can't say too many cons because it is a company that will feel like home. The bad side of that is, it'll feel like home. The pay is not up to date with the experience and qualifications they want. I say it's a great company to work for and move on when you're in your prime.
