      Old shool management beat down around "Closing ratio" is god. Nothing else matters. "all leads need to be revered as awesome! (yeah right)

      Pros

      Excellent training - all remote. Excellent pay - great commission rate. Triple verified leads. Totally positive place to work, but you gotta produce.

      Cons

      If you can't close, you can't work there. You must be able to produce at least 10k a month in commission or you won't stay.

      The commissions are good. Great product to sale.

      Cons

      The leads overall are below the proper demographics for the target customers . Also the leads are not consistent. They have a few sales managers that shouldn’t be in that position due to lack of sales experience.
