Pros

Safe Life Defense is one of the fastest growing companies in the country and it shows. The company has an amazing ability to get through any hardships that may come its way. The owner is constantly pushing for the growth of the company and the employees. He is pretty direct about expectations and areas for improvement. He wont stand for less than excellent but it never came off to me in any rude or aggressive way. For me, it really works. The environment evolves very quickly at Safe Life Defense. New buildings are built, people are moved, new product lines are developed, reiterated and improved again and new areas of growth are explored. It is never a boring day. Lots of PTO and flexible hours.

Cons

Honestly, this company may not be for everyone. If you are expecting to just show up, breeze through the day and punch out you are in for a tough time. The company grows quickly and you're expected to do the same. Ff you dedicate yourself to growing you will be supported throughout the way and you'll learn a ton of new and valuable skills.

Pros

Flexible hours, interesting products, able to work with others, small to medium company.

Cons

The company or CEO hires great talent and fires quickly. They put sloppy and lazy joes in charge. This is not a place to build a career. In fact, they’ll ruin your resume and time, so my recommendation is to just find somewhere else to work and build with. They profit over your hard work and then let you go when they no longer need you or run out of ideas to keep you busy. The CEO tells you to run your department or section, but won’t allow you to make any decisions. Take your talent or skills somewhere else.
