Pros
Everything they do is incredible in theory. They genuinely WANT to help. Their method of dealing with clients and their needs is unique and well thought out.
Cons
The upper management is very smart, but are very disconnected from their middle management and front lines workers. They have no concept of what really goes on in their programs, and if a middle manager has the ear of someone at the top, they'll never listen if there is a problem with that person. Their execution of programs is feeble at best, and the competition is so blinding at the middle management level that they have a habit of ridding themselves of talent prematurely. If you somehow find yourself on the wrong side of your superiors, look out. They'll do everything possible to make your life difficult to make you quit and if you don't, they'll terminate you with no real explanation. If you do quit in that situation, they'll refuse an exit interview. Horrible experience.
