Pros
Good organization to work for, especially in the non-profit sector. Many people are very friendly outside of the department I worked in. Good benefits, plenty of holidays, and paid time off, and vacation time. Benefits are great which makes up for the low pay.
Cons
The finance department is a mess. They didn't teach me anything and it was a waste of time to work there. They claim they are understaffed, however management just sits at desk on their phone, and response time on any questions and concerns was either delayed or non-existent. You won't get paid for coming in early if you are hourly, in fact you will get reprimanded for that. The place itself is dirty. Its understandable that its not a corporate office, but they don't keep the area clean. I was there for two months. I left for better opportunity.
