Pros

Money is good if you can jump through flaming hoops to achieve what they're asking for. Coworkers are all incredibly laid back. Job security cause they'll pretty much never fire you unless you do something crazy. My specific manager was very nice.

Cons

Owner doesn't care about his employees at all. You're looked at like just another number. Consistently changing rules and compensation meaning as soon as you get the swing of things, another thing is introduced and if you don't do it you are charged back lots of commissions. If you are late at all you are charged back in commissions. If you are absent you are charged back in commissions. Basically if you are not a perfect angel employee you will get charged back commissions. It's possible that even if you ARE a perfect angel employee that you may still get charged back in commissions. It's a dictatorship where "Whatever the owner says goes" Low hourly pay. Extremely high turnover. Rude customers because other reps will hang up on them or talk rude to them so when you get the client you're already the bad guy. Long and intense 5 year contracts that are unbreakable. No moral or ethical values at all.

Pros

You can make a lot of money if your good at sales but stay on payroll because you might not get all your commission when intended!

Cons

there’s a lot I can say about this place it’s very judgmental my boss got fired and replaced within 2 weeks of me being hired there is a lot of lawsuits about them just look them up they have switched their name numerous times they call us customer service but also want us to hit sales witch is cool but they give us little to no power to help the customer so the majority of the day is listening to customer complaints/them yell at you and then have your boss breathing down your neck to see if your making money because their boss is breathing down their neck it’s very fast pace little to no training (depending witch manager you trained under) but yeah I don’t work their any more it was a very bad experience my manager said I can clear out my desk then another 2 managers came and told me to leave the building and got angry at me for having my girlfriend there to grab my stuff (my flexor tendon was severed and actually me going to the hospital and missing work was the reason for me being fired I also had more money than the rest of my team made in sales even while missing a bit of work but not to sound salty it was just what happened)
