Pros
Good company culture, pretty good pay if you are good at knocking on doors.
Pretty good benefits. Health, Vision, Dental, 401k.
Cons
The worst thing is the hours. You have to be knocking on doors from 2:30 till 8:30 p.m. no appointments, no real plan. They just give you a list of addresses and you go see who you can find at home.
Not super crazy about the training and how they teach you to greet the homeowners at the door. I don't like to "mislead" by saying things that aren't completely true.
They tell you the average rep sells 12 deals a month but the numbers don't show that.
Turnover is crazy! People are in and out of this company very quickly. Only a few survive and stick around just long enough to find something else so they can spend some time with their family.
