The building is new, decent & clean - has free parking on site. You have unlimited free snacks, and coffee and sometimes lunches. The company's software (CDEGS) is a very powerful tool for conducting Electromagnetic related research, and the R&D management is a very knowledgeable person with many different skills who is the best go to person on the specific research topics or software development topics. You will grow based on your abilities. You have access to resources such as high end computers, personal office. The IT system is very advanced and efficient. The manager (CEO) is a respectful, self made professional. The company was developed based on his PhD thesis and has grown to be the best-known in it's field. You have direct access to him if you need anything (a phone call away), He will help and accommodate you in any way to make sure you have all facilities to conduct your research. On the personal level, he is indeed a man of quality. In case you have a problem, he will help you in a way that you don't expect (This is from a personal experience and I'm male BTW).
