Of course, you are expected to do your job and make sure you provide good services but there's a lot of autonomy and currently hybrid 2 days in office schedule. -management is supportive, respectful -treat clients well and opportunities to grow my skills as a professional (continuing education) -awesome vacation time and benefits -I think this is one of the best nonprofits to work for locally

-It can get hard to work with trauma all day. -Salaries in nonprofits will never be as high as for profit places like hospitals or private practice.
